Staying active and staying on track is hard. You know this from watching my personal struggle with my weight going up and down, trying different ways to make it easier to make healthy choices, the list goes on and on…
I’ve lost about 20 pounds, and there have been many tools that have helped me along the way. I must say, the mobile apps I’ve found have been super convenient which has made it easier for me to keep my goals RIGHT in my face.
The WannaBeWell mobile application from Life…Supplemented is a super helpful resource that helps educate, activate and motivate those looking to live a healthier, more productive life! This came at just the perfect time for me because I have recently gained a few pounds like ten pounds back because of reaction to a new medication. Even though we do well on our own with staying healthy and being productive, sometimes we need an extra boost. That is where WannaBeWell comes in. They focus on a healthy diet, vitamins and supplements, and regular exercise – three keys to living a happy, healthy life.
I downloaded the app on iTunes (WannaBeWell) and found out that with this app I can:
- Create your own personalized Wellness Coach by choosing from a catalog of customized characters who will give you daily motivational and educational messages to keep you moving towards a healthier lifestyle.
- Receive ‘Healthy Mission’ tasks given by the Wellness Coach and collect trophies for accomplishing the tasks.
- Explore the Supplement Resource Center, which offers users information about vitamins and other dietary supplements in a simple and easy to understand format. It houses thousands of articles and insights that help users make an informed dietary decision.
- Help you set up daily reminders to take — or restock — your supplements.
If you haven’t already, I want you to visit Life Supplemented and take advantage of the awesome online tools available to help you with your personal health. My favorite is the My Wellness Scorecard. You take a fun and interactive online quiz to find out if you’re an AlphaWELL or an OhWELL.

The Supplemental is a blog that provides a forum around healthy diet, supplements and exercise from an expert panel of bloggers. It’s nice to be able to join in and ask questions (and have them answered), because when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, there is SO much conflicting information out there it’s easy to get confused.
The Supplement Resource Center has thousands of articles with tips that help me make excellent decisions about dietary supplements.
Disclosure: “I wrote this blog post while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Life…supplemented. As a thank you for participating, I received a $25 promotional item, and a $25 donation was made on my behalf to Vitamin Angels.”
