See the FULL Couch to 5K schedule
Yesterday was a rest day on the Couch to 5K program, but I worked out my arms. I’m so sore today!
Today’s goal was to walk 5 minutes, jog 2, walk 5. That’s only 12 minutes, and I’m not showing up to the gym to just do 12 minutes, so I kept alternating until I reached my 2 mile goal. I also burned over 300 calories! Woot!

It was hard to run the first 2 minutes… as well as the second and third 2 minutes… but the last 2 minutes wasn’t as hard because I knew I was almost done.
