I would love it if you all would join me on the Couch to 5K program!! Don’t “wait until tomorrow”. Don’t “wait until next week”. Start today! It only takes 12 minutes, and you can totally do it!
Week 1 (Do at least 3 times this week): Walk briskly for 5 minutes, then jog for 2, then walk briskly again for 5. 12 minutes. Easy peasy. GO!
I kept going after 12 minutes because I had a little energy left in me. :) But it’s totally fine to stop at 12 minutes! If you don’t have access to a gym, do it outside. It’s 150 degrees? Do it inside, walk/jog in place. No, it won’t be as good of a workout, but it’s a start!
I know I start a new program almost weekly and never stick to it, soooo I figured I’d post this one and see if I could get some people to join me so it sticks!! Who’s in?
