So far, my Cinchspiration journey with Shaklee has been full of support from the other bloggers and I couldn’t be happier about it! Having a shake for breakfast, and sometimes for lunch, leaves you lots of options as far as switching it up goes. Adding fruit, peanut butter, and all kinds of other stuff ensures you won’t get bored, which is my favorite part of the Cinch journey so far!
Megan: 1 scoop vanilla, 1 scoop chocolate, 1 whole banana, 5 frozen strawberries, and a handful of ice. It’s like I’m channeling a Dairy Queen Banana Split Blizzard.
Amber: Add 2 teaspoons peanut butter to 2 scoops chocolate shake mix, plus almond milk and ice.
Jessie: 6-8 ice cubes, skim milk, 1 scoop chocolate and 1 scoop vanilla.
Brooke: 1 cup milk, 1 cup amaretto flavored coffee, and 2 scoops vanilla.
Cindy: 2 scoops vanilla, 1 whole banana, 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 2 tsp peanut butter
Mandee: 2 Scoops Cafe Latte, 1 cup coffee (Dunkin Donuts Vanilla is my fave), 1 cup fat free milk(or milk of your choice), Ice.
Melanie: 2 scoops of any flavor, handful of spinach, kale, blueberries, half a banana, and ice and water.
Jennae: Piña colada flavor! Add chunks of fresh pineapple and frozen shredded coconut to mine with lite vanilla soy milk.
Jennae: Strawberry shake mix with a handful of blackberries and frozen strawberries mixed in.
Jennae: Two scoops of vanilla with a cup of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, cherries, blueberries and blackberries). Yum!
Jenilee: 2 scoops vanilla shake mix, lite soy milk, 5ish ice cubes, and 3/4 of a banana.
Personally, I have a few favorites.
Mocha Frappe
1 scoop chocolate shake mix
1 scoop latte shake mix
1 teaspoon 0 calorie chocolate syrup (find it in the coffee aisle)
ice
1 cup International Delight Iced Mocha (or skim milk, if you want to save 70 calories)
Double Chocolate Peanut Butter
2 scoops chocolate shake mix
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon 0 calorie chocolate syrup
ice
1 cup skim milk
Chocolate Vanilla Coffee
1 scoop vanilla shake mix
1 scoop chocolate shake mix
1 cup International Delight Iced Mocha
ice
1 teaspoon 0 calorie chocolate syrup
