We made our weekly trip to the Farmer’s Market this morning, and tomatoes were on our list (of course), but each stand we passed seemed to have better and better tomatoes – so we ended up with quite a few of them! We always buy at least a few pounds for the week but this week it was more like 10 pounds. “What in the world will we do with them all?”, I thought. Off to Google I went, and found some AMAZING recipes! Some of the recipes called for canned diced tomatoes. Obviously I just diced my own! :) The ones with a * by them I will be trying this week. I love using tomatoes in my recipes! I like the taste of tomatoes on my pizza, I love big fresh tomatoes to use in making homemade tomato sauce for Spahgetti and meatballs. You have posted so many delicious recipes for tomatoes! I am going to make some!
